ODCLASS & ODEDIT for AutoCAD ® 2011-2020

2021-11-23   Three programs have been added to the "Additionally" page in the OD section
       from CADaSchtroumpf, France:
      ALL_copy_OD.lsp, Point&OD@Vertex.lsp, OD2Label_Pt.lsp.
       And added two commands from Michiel.Valcke, Michiel Valcke, BE:
       OD_COPY_MHV and OD_DELETE_MHV in OD_COPY_MHV.lsp.

2021-09-22   Two programs have been added to the "Additionally" page in the section with OD,
        converting polylines to 3D polylines:
       - C3D.lsp from Juan Villarreal/Joe Burke/V. Azarko,
        - LWto3DPoly.lsp from CADaSchtroumpf, France.
        LWto3DPoly.lsp is also added to the XData section, because it also saves them.

2021-07-14   Another program from Udo Hübner, Germany have been added to the "Additionally" page -
       UHCoGoPoint2Block.lsp – create blocks for COGO points with OD copying to them,
       with action opposite to UHBlock2CoGoPoint.lsp.
       This program also make it easier to interact with Civil.

2021-07-10   On the "Additionally" page, I created a subsection "Free programs for XData other authors:",
       "Different programs for XData:" for programs found on the network to use XData
       with brief descriptions of them.
       I'm gradually filling it out.

2021-06-26   I have started a project to collecting and refine programs for XData.
       The possible result is a set of minimum tools to use XData.
       XData is an Object Data-like ability to add to any graphic elements
       descriptive, additional data. XData has been in AutoCAD since 1992.
       XData has significant limitations and shortcomings, but there is an important advantage -
       XData available in any AutoCAD.

2021-06-08   Two more programs in "Additionally" page from Gilles Chanteau (gile), France:
       - MAPBRK.lsp – cutting polylines with keeping OD;
       - ARC2SEGMAP.lsp – converting Arcs and Circles to Polylines with keeping their OD and Xdata.

2021-04-20   Updated OD2DXF38.lsp from CADaSchtroumpf, France in "Additionally" page
       Elevates not only polylines, lines, but also blocks, points, texts, mtexts, circles, and arcs
       from OD values. Moreover, can simultaneously.

2021-03-10   Updated plugin QueryShowOD.bundle from Olivier Eckmann, France
       in "Additionally" page, "Plugins...":
       - enhanced capabilities Bati3D - creating 3DSolid from polylines by OD field values,
       - added Pty2Pty command - exchange of element property values with values in OD fields.

2021-02-25   Two more programs in "Additionally" page:
       - OD2HL.lsp – creating a Hyperlink from the OD field value
       from Olivier Eckmann for Patrice Braud, France;
       - Rename_Field.lsp – OD field renaming
       from CADaSchtroumpf, Bruno Valsecchi, France.

2020-11-09   Two more programs from Udo Hübner, Germany have been added to the "Additionally" page:
       - UHODCOPY.VLX – copy OD from source element (equivalent to COPY_OD.lsp),
       - UHBlock2CoGoPoint.lsp – create COGO points for blocks with OD copying to them.
       This program make it easier to interact with Civil.

2020-10-06   Added another useful LISP to the "Additionally" page
       for arithmetic calculations of values in OD fields, and again from CADaSchtroumpf -
       Operate_OD.lsp.

       They are clearly better than mine, because to the music. :)

2020-05-04  Added page "Additionally" - programs of other authors for working with Object Data:
       - single free programs for Object Data, that take into account Object Data,
       - free LISP function library for Object Data from 4d-technologies,
       - plugins that operate with Object Data.
       Almost all free LISP programs created by one person - CADaSchtroumpf, Bruno Valsecchi, France!
       If there are any description errors, some programs are not given, there are questions - please inform.
       Especially I doubt my googlenglish.

2020-03-07  Alas, work has so far been suspended on
       the Property Sets - Object Data - Xdata converter with Norman Yuan, Canada.
       So far, I 've figured out how else to improve the converter and simplify the work.
       Sent Norman Yuan with these offers a letter.
       I would like to expand the converter to both Xrecord and csv.

2020-01-17  Work began on the Property Sets - Object Data - Xdata converter with
       a very experienced and well-known programmer, Norman Yuan, Canada.
       A week ago, I gave him the specification and all the supporting data.
       And Norman Yuan offered his first overall vision of the program.
       It is markedly different from mine, but the case has shifted.
       So there is a chance to ensure communication between all AutoCAD
       and even with Revit and Inventor through Property Sets.

2019-11-25   I started looking for programmers to create the Property Sets <-> Object Data
       converter program.
       A converter using a text mapping-file created by users.
       Recommendations of good programmers are needed.

       It is not clear why Autodesk, having made four (!) different versions
       of descriptive data for Civil/Map 3D (Property Sets, Object Data, Xrecord, Xdata),
       did not make converters for them?
       This makes it difficult to use descriptive data.
       Their application is now clearly lagging behind their capabilities.

2019-11-13   There is a Tool Palettes converter into ODCLASS description files.
       If you use Tool Palettes, you can translate them into definition files.
       After that you will be able to add descriptions of object characteristics, if necessary.
       And take advantage of more capabilities for drawing and manipulating data.
       Send xtp or atc of your palettes and I 'll send you the description files.
       I would like to embed a converter in the site, but so far it is too difficult.

2019-11-12   Replaced the download arx with zip to secure and overcome prohibitions for executables.
       Added characters on top of ODEDIT commands that are not running in the free version.

2019-10-21   This website Is created. This is my first experience. Not everything works yet.
       It works satisfactorily in Firefox, Opera, Chrome.
       Bad in Internet Explorer - may not act as help. Links may not work.

       But you can download plugins, samples, descriptions from the site.
       Versions are the same here as in the App Store and in links to the disk from forums.
       You can view articles.
       The ODCLASS and ODEDIT windows act as Help.
